About
We design digital journeys — not just deliver services.
We craft transformation stories that move organizations from complexity to clarity, friction to innovation, and outdated systems to future-ready growth.

Our story
From friction to flow.
From legacy to leverage.
Challenge Group was founded in 2022 with a specific conviction: that digital transformation in the Middle East deserves a partner that understands the regional texture — the regulatory landscape, the cultural context, the pace of public-sector decision-making.
Since then we've grown into a team of 50+ certified specialists across six practice areas. We're headquartered in Cairo, with offices in Riyadh and Dubai serving government and enterprise clients across the region.
What hasn't changed: we take on engagements we can own end-to-end. Strategy without delivery is a guess. Delivery without strategy is noise. We do both.
Tailored, not templated
Every engagement begins with a deep read of the organization — its people, processes, regulations, and ambitions. We don't paste in last week's solution.
Speed with governance
Low-code platforms, certified engineers, and modern DevOps deliver outcomes in weeks — without compromising the controls regulated environments demand.
Built to scale
Cloud-native foundations and citizen-grade reliability, so the first deliverable is also the platform for the tenth. Nothing we ship is a dead end.
